Global Research Study: The CHRO of the Future

Together with Executive Networks (a senior HR leader peer community for Global 1000 organizations), we completed bespoke research - The CHRO of the Future - released in September 2022 and to learn how the role of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is changing and what areas of focus are tops on their agenda.

More than 100 CHROs from Global 1000 organizations representing a variety of industries and geographic regions (Figure 1.) were surveyed and 10 one-to-one interviews were conducted.
