- In addition to the federal laws, Delaware employers may also be subject to the state's paid family and medical leave law. See Family and Medical Leave.
- The Health Delaware Families Act requires covered employers to provide paid family and medical leave insurance to eligible employees. See Paid Family and Medical Leave.
- The Delaware Discrimination in Employment Act prohibits any employment practice that discriminates on the basis of an employee's sex, including pregnancy. See Pregnancy Leave and Accommodation.
