Summary
- Montana does not have a state family and medical leave law applicable to private employers. See Family and Medical Leave.
- All female employees are entitled to a reasonable leave in conjunction with a pregnancy or the birth of a child. An employee may also be entitled to additional leave for a pregnancy-related disability. See Maternity Leave.
