Summary
- Ohio does not have a state family and medical leave law applicable to private employers. See Family and Medical Leave.
- Ohio employers with 50 or more employees must provide military family leave. See Family Military Leave.
- Employees affected by pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions must be treated the same for all employment-related purposes, including receipt of benefits under fringe benefit programs, as other persons similar in their ability or inability to work. See Pregnancy Disability Leave.
