Summary
- The Kansas Act Against Discrimination (KAAD) and the Kansas Age Discrimination in Employment Act (KADEA) cover employers with four or more employees and therefore apply to many small employers that might not be covered by the federal employment laws. See Kansas Discrimination Laws.
- Unlike federal law, the KAAD and the KADEA do not provide for a substantial amount of damages.
