We recognize that employees may need to be absent from work for an extended period of time for reasons related to care for their child, bereavement, pregnancy or the placement of a foster child or adoption. Accordingly, the Company will grant time off to employees in accordance with the requirements of the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA). The OFLA applies to employees who work in Oregon.
