Paid Family and Medical Leave Benefits Handbook Statement: Connecticut
In accordance with the Connecticut Paid Family and Medical Leave Act (PFMLA) employees may be eligible through the state-mandated Connecticut paid leave program to receive partial wage replacement benefits (PFML benefits) for leave taken for any of the qualifying reasons under the Connecticut Family and Medical Leave Act (CTFMLA) or to address specific situations associated with being the victim of family violence or sexual assault. PFML benefits are administered and paid by the CT Paid Leave Authority (PLA), not the Company.
