  • In addition to the federal equal opportunity laws, Kansas employers must comply with the state antidiscrimination law, the Kansas Act Against Discrimination. See Disability Discrimination in Kansas.
  • Kansas's Act Against Discrimination applies to employers with four or more workers. See Kansas Act Against Discrimination.
  • It is unlawful for employers to seek or use genetic screening or testing information of an employee or prospective employee so that it can discriminate against an employee or a prospective employee. See Genetic Testing.
