Pregnancy and Lactation Accommodation Handbook Statement: Kentucky
In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition, including lactation or the need to express breast milk, in accordance with Kentucky law, unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on the Company's program, enterprise or business.
