Pregnancy, Menstruation and Menopause Accommodation Handbook Statement: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company provides employees working in Philadelphia with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to reproductive health autonomy, pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition. Beginning January 1, 2027, the Company also provides reasonable accommodations for needs related to menstruation, perimenopause or menopause, if the symptoms substantially interfere with an employee's ability to perform one or more job functions. The Company will provide such accommodations if requested by the employee, so long as the accommodation does not impose an undue hardship on the Company.
