New Mexico employers that have enclosed workplace areas and seek to inform employees that smoking is prohibited in the workplace and to demonstrate compliance with New Mexico law should consider including this model policy statement in their handbook.
As mandated by the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health, all covered employers must post the Alaska Smokefree Workplace Poster.
