HR Priorities for 2025

Introduction
It is common practice for HR to prepare for a new year by reflecting on the accomplishments and failures of the year just passed and setting priorities and objectives for the upcoming year. Starting the year with clear HR goals fosters a proactive approach that helps achieve key business objectives while creating a quality employee experience.
