The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published a trio of Final Rules that reduce affirmative action-related compliance requirements for federal contractors.
The Department of Homeland Security said the fee is needed to "generate dedicated revenue to support the costs of administering the lawful immigration system."
