The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has issued three Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRMs) to implement directives under Executive Order 14173 and announced that it will resume processing complains under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act.
