An employer may use this checklist to craft a well-developed written offer to a candidate selected for employment. All of the items on the checklist may not be applicable to every potential new hire either because of the type of position offered or because of federal and/or state law requirements.
This letter may be used to notify a chosen job applicant that an offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of additional phases of the recruitment and selection process.
