Maine employers should consider including this statement in their handbook to inform employees and supervisors about the Maine Act to Regulate Employer Surveillance to Protect Workers and to demonstrate compliance with the law, effective July 29, 2026.
As mandated by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, self-insured employers are required to post the Ohio Workers' Compensation Notice to Employees.
