As mandated by the City of Minneapolis Labor Standards Enforcement Division, all employers with covered employees who work in Minneapolis must post the Minneapolis, Minnesota, Labor and Employment Rights Notice.
As recommended by the Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave, covered business entities may use this notice to inform certain contract workers that they are not covered individuals.
