Illinois employers that provide an employee handbook are required by law to include in the handbook a notice, provided by the state, of employee rights and remedies under the Paid Leave for All Workers Act. Employers should fulfill this legal requirement by including the state's Paid Leave for All Workers Act Notice as an addendum to their handbook.
